hifair® ⅲ 1st strand cdna synthesis supermix for qpcr (gdna digester plus)是基于翊圣hifair® ⅲ reverse transcriptase而开发的即用型预混液。该产品可耐受高达65℃的反应温度，适合具有复杂二级结构的rna模板的逆转录；同时增强了与模板的亲和力，非常适合少量模板以及低拷贝基因的逆转录。
产品带基因组dna去除成分，适用于两步法rt-qpcr检测，针对qpcr进行特别优化，比例优化的random primers/ oligo (dt)18 primer mix，使cdna合成可从rna转录本的各个区域起始，并具有相同的逆转录效率，zui大程度保证了qpcr结果的真实性和可重复性。
