1、门板：
门板总厚度为40mm±1mm，双面0.5mm厚宝钢彩涂钢板或不锈钢门板，涂层处理自上向下为聚脂涂层、底漆、钝化层、镀锌层，桔纹压花，正反面条形压筋加强门板强度。二层钢板之间充填硬质聚氨酯发泡料，密度约40kg/立方，导热系数小于0.033w/m.k。在5m以上的门板，每块门板内侧面设置一条高80mm加强筋以保证门板有抗十二级以上的抗风强度。
2、安全保护装置：
1）、在门的底部设有安全气囊，在门的关闭过程中遇碍物能自动反向运行到全开状态。

4、平衡系统：
滑升门采用扭簧平衡，平衡扭簧根据门重负荷软件计算而设计制作的扭簧，扭簧材料选60si2mn进口弹簧钢制作，确保使用寿命超过80000个循环周期。在平衡轴上装有扭簧断裂保护装置，该装置能在平衡扭簧断裂时，防止门板坠落；提升绳轮为铝质柱形绳轮。
